Return & Exchange Policy
• Since all products are handmade, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
• If there is an issue with the product, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the issue.
• Returned products will be inspected, and if a defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced or refunded as per the customer’s preference.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on our end.
• Custom-made (personalized) orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless a clear defect is found.
